The American Introduction
Expanding a European vessel’s footprint into the United States requires a highly targeted debut. Cranchi is bringing the Sessantasette 67 Corsa to the American market for the first time. The 20.80-metre vessel will make its official appearance at the Chicago International Boat Show, located at Navy Pier Marina, from August 20 to 23, 2026.
The Sportbridge Profile
The Corsa variant operates as a sea coupé, defined by an upper deck that functions as a mini-fly without a t-top. This structural decision yields a sleek, aggressive profile that is further emphasized by a jutting pulpit and distinct red exterior accents. The builder classifies the design as having a Mediterranean spirit, focusing heavily on establishing uninterrupted sightlines and immediate outdoor accessibility.
Aft Deck and Natural Ventilation
The stern cockpit sits deep within the hull, sheltered partially by the upper deck while remaining completely open at the stern to eliminate visual obstructions. To manage airflow and natural lighting on the main deck, the builder installed two large electrically opening windows on the sides of the cockpit. This setup creates an expansive, naturally ventilated outdoor hub that serves as the emotional center of the yacht.
Spatial Flow and Interior Layout
To maximize usable exterior space, the door leading to the interior dinette is shifted significantly toward the bow. This adjustment creates a massive contiguous open area out back, fully equipped with couches, chairs, a dining table, and an exterior galley. Inside, the saloon features a central pilot station equipped with two chairs, alongside a dedicated living area and a fully equipped secondary galley with a large countertop. The interior design, handled by Christian Grande, optimizes the 5.45-metre beam without crowding the surfaces with unnecessary furniture.
Mechanical Specifications and Power
Beneath the waterline, the 41,000-kilogram dry-weight vessel requires substantial thrust to match its aggressive exterior aesthetic. Cranchi equipped the hull with twin Volvo Penta D13 IPS 1350 engines, generating a combined 2,000 horsepower. The platform carries a 4,000-litre fuel capacity to sustain long coastal runs, supported by an 810-litre freshwater tank for extended periods away from the dock. Rated for up to 18 passengers under CE Category B, the Sessantasette 67 Corsa provides serious volume backed by proven propulsion architecture.
