During Milan Design Week 2026, the Aschenez Group utilized the Superstudio Maxi spaces at the Fuorisalone to debut a major update to its fleet. Invictus Yacht revealed the TT460 Shell Edition, an exclusive variation of their established flagship. Rather than focusing solely on exterior lines, the builder introduced a direct partnership with appliance manufacturer Haier to alter the functional livability of the vessel.
Integrating Residential Appliances
Marine galleys and wetbars frequently suffer from compromised equipment due to spatial limits. The collaboration with Haier brings residential-grade capabilities directly into the maritime footprint. The TT460 Shell Edition features connected induction cooktops designed for both indoor and outdoor deck spaces. The integration continues with dedicated refrigeration units, microwave ovens, and options for washer-dryers and television displays. By embedding smart home solutions into the bulkheads, the shipyard elevates daily operations for owners demanding high-end utility on the water.
Restructuring the Premium Collection
This technological upgrade extends far beyond a single showcase hull. Invictus Yacht intends to roll out Haier appliances across its entire Premium Collection. The integration will scale from the entry-level TT420 up to the new ST550 and TT550 flagships. Atelier Invictus manages the bespoke enhancements for each unit, ensuring that the smart ecosystem aligns correctly with the specific spatial layouts of individual models.
Advanced Honeycomb Construction
Updating a yacht involves more than swapping out appliances. The construction philosophy across the Premium Collection is currently undergoing a severe material shift. The shipyard is replacing traditional wood used in below-deck walls with lightweight, recyclable structural honeycomb panels. This material swap significantly reduces the overall weight of the vessel, which directly improves hull performance and fuel consumption while satisfying demands for responsible manufacturing.
The Rotella Design Influence
The physical spaces housing these upgrades require precise architectural planning. Designer Fabio Rotella worked in conjunction with Atelier Invictus to shape the fresh interior and exterior layout of the TT460 Shell Edition. The design utilizes high-performance eco-friendly finishes to complement the new structural panels and residential appliances. This combination of advanced materials and connected technology provides operators with a highly capable, bespoke platform for extensive coastal cruising.
