After serving a decade as Shipyard Director, Alfonso Postorino is officially stepping back from day-to-day operational management. Postorino joined the company as a founding member when the facility was acquired in 2015. Rather than exiting the organization entirely, he will assume the newly created role of Shipyard Ambassador. In this position, he retains a critical voice in providing strategic guidance and will continue to represent Cantiere Rossini at major industry events and institutional initiatives.

Management promoted Gianluca Gabellini from his previous position as Senior Project Manager directly into the role of Shipyard Director. Over the years, Gabellini successfully supervised numerous complex refit projects on the ground.
